This site is about survival of this world with grace, positivity and information. We are boldly diverse, believe in equity and are very inclusive. I am here to offer insight on life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. If you want personal advice, motivation, a listening ear, help with a dilemma, want to rant, got a secret you want to get off your chest, or a personal hype person; I got that for you. We will share various life topics and include some videos we think will be useful in this day in time when information is weaponized against the world. Information is key to a better being and implementing that knowledge is the ultimate game changer. I will post answers to questions people ask me too (with their permission). I started all this for my friends and family to get advice and exercise along with me, but I found it is fun to engage with the public and I feel like I am helping the world be a better place. I am honored to host you. I care about the generations after me who were not afforded the same life lessons learned that I feel they should be afforded to know. But each one can teach one to excel. My passion is interpersonal relations & social psychology.
